Reviews and Ratings
I had an unfortunate experience at this resort. The check-in took an excessive two hours as the room wasn't clean, and the food was really disappointing. While some staff members were polite, I overall found it hard to rest due to the uncomfortable bed. This place does not live up to the expectations set by its promotional claims.
My stay at the resort had its ups and downs. On the plus side, the location offers stunning views and the rooms are quite spacious and clean. However, the service left a lot to be desired, as there were long waits for food and issues with our orders. The dining experience was average at best, and I had high hopes given the setting.
My stay at the resort was a mixed bag. The location opposite Yercaud lake offers stunning views, but the rooms could really use some maintenance. While the food was a highlight, with a fabulous variety, the service left much to be desired, especially during check-in. Overall, it had its charms, but improvements are definitely needed.
The resort has a breathtaking location on a cliff near Yercaud Lake, making the views truly spectacular. The rooms are spacious but unfortunately not well-maintained, with several issues present. The dining offerings could use more variety and quality, and there were notable service concerns that detracted from the experience. Overall, while it has great potential due to its location and spaciousness, it really needs improvements in maintenance and service.
The hotel offers beautiful views and a prime location, but I found the property was not very well maintained. The rooms are spacious and nicely designed, yet some amenities, like room service, could be improved. While the staff was responsive and eager to help, the overall experience felt average due to the maintenance issues and limited facilities available.
